Never gets a order right and soggy chicken with half raw chips

Absolutely pathetic waited over half an hour as they had no chicken ready in either original or hot and spicy this was at 5pm Got told to wait in the waiting bay then people who came after me were getting their meals before myself finally had a gentleman who was waiting just as long as myself walk inside to see what was going on turns out they forgot all about our orders. This is why I prefer to cook my meals and stay away from "fast food" at least I know when it will be ready. They thought an extra large chips would justify the long wait umm I don't think so!! KFC maybe think about hiring older staff instead of these young kids who don't know how to run a business!!
